We hope that you are enjoying the new content and design of our website, and that you'll get good use out of some of the new features, including the events calendar, classified listings (found under Advertising), and this forum. It is our hope that these forums will provide a place for our members and friends of the classical guitar to gather and share information and opinions. We ask that the dialogue remain respectful, and our monitors will ensure that any unsuitable posts are removed as quickly as possible. We've all witnessed that sometimes these forums can turn into a place for arguments, and we'd like to avoid that on this site. Respectful differences of opinions are welcome, abusive and inflammatory posts are not. Yet another strings question. I have a Ramirez 4E, the best strings I've found so far are Hannabach 728's and Savarez Cristals. I may give a slight edge to the Savarez after playing the Hannabachs for a few years now. Anyone have any input on what strings might work the best for this guitar? Thanks for checking out the forums, and sorry there was some confusion, though it sounds like our webmaster has helped straighten that out. As with any new site, we're still trying to discover all the bugs, and then work them out. We have yet to "officially" announce the launch to our membership, though certainly many people are discovering the site and all of its features. In reading Soundboard, volume XXXIV no. 3 on the tributes given about Tom Humphrey, I am struck by the self serving Promotion that Starobin and Isbin give. I was struck at the candor and humility of Arthur Kampela and Ben Verdery.
